15 mls.

Yes, that is correct, we are back up to 15 mls. today!! Reece had a wonderful night last night and his output has been great as well. He's even up to 9 pounds 7 ounces. What a chunker! We are so delighted by his increasing awake time as well. He's enjoying his short tummy times and practices at sitting up. He loves to look out the windows and enjoy the lights. (His parents enjoy watching the progress of the construction workers...it's amazing what they get done in one day! Kind of our own tv channel in a way.)
Thank you for praying for Reece and for loving our family. We appreciate you!

  2. Hi Nykamp family!
Sounds like Reese is feeding well. Pretty soon he'll be past 10lbs. He is so precious!
About the "watching construction" going on, I can't believe how much things have changed on the outside of the hospital.
Really, hope to see you soon. You are always in my thoughts and prayers.
    Blessings,

  3. Good morning Reece!

I just prayed for you, your mommy and daddy, nurses and doctors. They are such blessings and all love you so much.

You are certainly becoming a big boy. Ben better watch out when you are home!

Keep up the good eating and be good for the nurses! Show them that Nykamp charm!

    See you soon!! Love, SAL

  5. Hi Nykamps! Brandon and I were so glad that we could spend some quality time with you both! The little peanut is such a cutie and so precious! BJ said that he would like to grill some "prime cut" steaks some night.... we are going to hold that to you and we will take care of everything! I continue to pray for "Mellow Yellow's" (hahaha - sorry I just had to say that :)!!!!) wonderful progress! We pray that God will tug strongly on the surgeons hearts and minds this coming Monday so you can get that surgery done!

We've been praying for you but didn't realize you had a blog. I finally thought to google your names and came upon it :)
"Praise you in the Storm" is very dear to our hearts as well - carried us thru many difficult days!! We'll continue to pray for complete healing. We serve a mighty GOD!
